The Exclusible platform, which specializes in high-end non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and partnerships with the most prestigious luxury houses, will soon launch the mint of its long-awaited penthouse collection.
As a reminder, these are virtual real estate properties with a foothold in the Spatial.io metaverse and offer a unique user-friendly experience, which have already attracted 27,000 investors for the pre-sale phase.

On June 18th, the private sales reserved for members of the Exclusible community will begin. Indeed, at 6pm, the holders of NFTs Theia, Alpha, Island and Villa will benefit from a 50% discount on their penthouse, allowing them to benefit from a price of 0.3 Ether (ETH).
This will be followed by the whitelist sale and the public sale. The whitelist sale will allow them to buy 2 penthouses for 0.4 ETH each. Finally, at 7:30 pm, the sale to the general public will start for a price of 0.6 ETH per penthouse on the dedicated page.

Why so much enthusiasm for Exclusible’s penthouses? Firstly, because their previous projects have all been successful. Their first drop, the “Alpha” collection of NFTs, sold out within 48 hours, with a total volume of $2.6 million.
